3ORDER CANCELLATION / CHANGE POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

- If your order status is "Pending" you can request for cancellation from your order page.

- If your order status is "In Progress" and the tracking number is updated, it means the parcel has already been shipped and cannot be canceled.


2. Order Change

- If you want to change your order item or change the address, please cancel the original order and make a new order.

- If your order status is "In Progress" and the tracking number is updated, it means the parcel has already been shipped and cannot be canceled or changed.

1. Countries available for International Shipping

- Currently, hince provides international shipping service to the below countries.

SINGAPORE

MALAYSIA

TAIWAN


We will be expanding our shipping service to more countries soon. Please refer to “OFFICIAL GLOBAL RETAILERS” to find official distributors of hince around the world.


2. Shipping Rates

- Free shipping for orders of $50 or above.

- $10 to all the countries available for shipping.


3. Parcel Tracking

- You can track your package at https://www.rincos.asia/out/TraceInfo_kr.do with your tracking number.


4. Notes

- Parcels are only dispatched on business days.

- Please be informed that orders placed right after day-offs and national holidays may be delayed.

- On average, the shipping takes 7~14 days, but kindly note it can be changed depending on countries and shipping situations.

- International shipping may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the parcel reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charges, and you will be billed directly from them.

Any inquiries regarding the order should be made within 7 days from the day the delivery was completed.

 

1. Return & Exchange

Due to the nature of overseas shipping, Return or Exchange in any case is not possible.

 

2. Refund for Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items

- hince only accepts refunds on items (Received Damaged / Defective / Wrongly Shipped) purchased through ‘en.hince.co.kr’. 

- If you purchased any of our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer or the store directly for further assistance.

- Fill in the form below and send it to our Service Center (cs@vivawave.co.kr) within 7 days after order delivery completion along with a video or an image of the received parcel.

- If the item is partially damaged or defective, customers can get a partial refund for the items in question. For partial refunds, the shipping fees are not refundable. However, in the case of whole items being damaged or defective, the shipping fee will also be refunded.
