ORDER CANCELLATION / CHANGE POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

- If your order status is "Pending" you can request for cancellation from your order page.

- If your order status is "In Progress" and the tracking number is updated, it means the parcel has already been shipped and cannot be canceled.


2. Order Change

- If you want to change your order item or change the address, please cancel the original order and make a new order.

- If your order status is "In Progress" and the tracking number is updated, it means the parcel has already been shipped and cannot be canceled or changed.
